Please consider the following free ticket offer for your students. Over one-third of our free, student-sponsored tickets have already been requested and the remainder will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis! We want the mezzanine and balcony to be filled with Austin-area music students who attend at no cost. Our organizations have remained committed to allocating almost 1,000 tickets for area music students, and we are looking to you to help us make that a reality! If these free tickets are not requested by you, we will reallocate them for general sales, so now is the time to make your requests! Please read the details here and reply to me BY THIS FRIDAY with your student and chaperone counts (you may request one chaperone ticket per 10 student tickets).

Reply by Friday, November 16 with the following information: (We realize your count might change slightly, but please obtain a count that will closely resemble your final count.) I will soon ask you to submit a roster of names to finalize that count in order to provide you a voucher that you will use on the concert day to pick up the tickets.

We are excited to offer over 900 sponsored student tickets. To do this, we need to know how many vouchers you expect to request. Please poll your classes as soon as possible to determine the number of tickets you will request (including up to 1 chaperone ticket per 10 students).
